We are now in the process of rolling out our new inspection process using the Apple iPad. Paul has been developing this over the last few months and some of our landlords have had the opportunity to experience the improved information this format affords. The feedback has been very positive from both landlords and tenants who value the comprehensive information this format presents.
The most significant improvement for our busy Landlords is the introduction of a ‘Traffic Light’ system to easily identify hazards and maintenance issues. If it’s coloured Green, its all fine and Amber is likely to require some further attention. When you see an issue identified in Red – it’s likely to be a significant matter that really does need to be addressed.
