Graham has been a professional landlord for over 30 years and has developed a comprehensive and incisive knowledge of the lettings industry.
As a Director of Maher Ross, Graham always remains acutely aware of the considerable responsibility and trust that landlords place in the Maher Ross team.

PARTNER
Sarah has over 30 years of experience in Estate Agency both on theIsland and the mainland.
She is a very friendly and accomplished Manager with an impressive eye for detail and efficiency. Sarah is committed to ensuring that each Maher Ross customer receives a first class service.
KASSIE HENDREN BA (Hons)
PARTNER
Kassie joined the Maher Ross team in May 2019 from her previous employment with a property inspection software company.
Kassie has a thorough knowledge of the 160 plus regulations that affect the way in which residential properties are let and managed; perfect for dealing with the compliance issues and certifications that we deal with on a daily basis. When not advising the team, Kassie enjoys live music, gardening and snorkelling.
MARK JEACOCK
PROPERTY MANAGER
Mark joined us in 2018 from his previous role as the Office Manager for a busy property maintenance company.
Mark works tirelessly to ensure that the properties we manage are well maintained and that problems are resolved quickly. In his spare time, Mark enjoys cycling, walking, eating out and bell-ringing.
Helping tenants, landlords and contractors to get issues fixed really keeps me on my toes!
CARL HOUGHTON
PROPERTY INSPECTOR
Carl is an exceptionally experienced Specialist Property Inspector with an extensive background in specialist surveying and maintenance.
Carl joined Maher Ross from his previous work with one of the Island's largest Housing Associations. He really enjoys the more personal 'Maher Ross environment' and the positive relationships that we build with our Landlords and Tenants. When not hard at work, Carl enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and motorcycling.
LOUISE MULHERN
NEGOTIATOR
Louise graduated from the Isle of Wight College with an Extended Diploma in Media Production; working as an insurance negotiator for LV before joining Maher Ross as our Trainee Property Negotiator.
Louise has enjoyed a keen interest in property from a very young age and now really enjoys helping Maher Ross customers to find their perfect home. When not hard at work, Louise enjoys spending time with her 'Cavapoo' "Lady" and is a film and fiction enthusiast.
Abigail Hunt
ADMINISTRATOR
Abigail Hunt joined us as an Administrator from her previous career as a Customer Service Assistant having worked with 2 of the Island's largest retail companies.
Abbie loves Maher Ross for its family values, much preferring to work in a small close-knit team rather than a bland corporate environment. In her spare time, Abbie enjoys running, more running and spending time in the gym. Abbie was previously an entrant in the world Irish Dancing Championships, where she gained a creditable 10th place. At home, Abbie cares for her 2 cats and when time permits, is a keen online gamer and cinema lover.
Carolyn Yeates
Senior Administrato
Carolyn joined our team in February 2026 and brings with her a wealth of administrative experience from a variety of roles with businesses across the Island. She is an AAT-qualified Accounting Technician, with a keen eye for detail and a real commitment to getting things right.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys reading, meeting friends for coffee or breakfast and getting creative with decoupage and card-making. She also enjoys walking on the beach and most of all, loves to spend time with her grandchildren.
