Graham has been a professional landlord for over 30 years and has developed a comprehensive and incisive knowledge of the lettings industry.

Sarah has over 30 years of experience in Estate Agency both on theIsland and the mainland.

She is a very friendly and accomplished Manager with an impressive eye for detail and efficiency. Sarah is committed to ensuring that each Maher Ross customer receives a first class service.

DEBBIE BAKER

OFFICE MANAGER


Debbie joined us in 2016 as our Maintenance Coordinator before achieving her well-deserved promotion to Office Manager.

Debbie has over 20 years of property experience including work with chartered surveyors and commercial agents. When not providing incredible customer service, Debby enjoys white wine, walking and spending time with her family.
I thrive on keeping an eye on the details, solving problems and helping all of our customers.

NEGOTIATOR


Chris Stroud is a highly experienced Negotiator and Administrator who joined Maher Ross in 2015.

Since joining the team, Chris has dedicated a great deal of time and effort towards gaining his ARLA qualification, "The Gold Standard in Lettings" and is the most friendly and helpful Negotiator you could hope to meet. In his spare time, Chris likes Beer, panto and sport.

I love engaging with customers and guaranteeing they receive the best service possible.

KASSIE HENDREN


Kassie joined the Maher Ross team in May 2019 from her previous employment with a property inspection software company, bringing with her a thorough knowledge of the 160 plus regulations that affect the way in which residential properties are let and managed.

When not advising the team, Kassie enjoys music and gardening.

I really enjoy helping our tenants to care for their homes.

COURTNEY DAVEY

ADMINISTRATOR


Courtney joined the Maher Ross team in December 2017 having successfully completed her Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service, she has now achieved her level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.

Courtney is focused on excellent customer care but when away from work enjoys Art, Music and Cooking.

Working at Maher Ross is a lot of fun. I love my job and there is a great atmosphere in the office.

ABBY TILLEY

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR


Abby joins Maher Ross from a demanding customer service role with a strong administrative and engineering background.

Abby coordinates all maintenance requirements and liaises seamlessly with our landlords, tenants and contractors. In her spare time, Abby (unsurprisingly) enjoys films, shopping and wine.

I love to provide that vital link between landlords, tenants and contractors to help keep properties in good condition.
