Our New Maintenance Coordinator

We would like to welcome Abby Tilley to our team as our Maintenance Coordinator. Abby joins us from a background in customer service, admininstration and engineering, all of which we think will help us to continue driving towards an exemplary level of customer service for the benefit of our landlords, tenants and contractors alike.

Abby is genuinely keen to provide the kind of service she would like to have received herself as a tenant; believing that the small details, like politeness, caring and efficiency are often the qualities that matter the most.

When not working in our busy office, Abby enjoys socialising, shopping and wine. She lists among her long list of previous jobs some volunteer work at the Zoo and even a period working as a delivery driver!

Please help Abby to settle into her new role by saying "Hi" whenever you pop into the office. She's really looking forward to meeting the wider Maher Ross team.
