Lauren Ball Wins our Christmas Competition!

This year, Maher Ross held a ‘Christmas Tree Lights Competition’ and the aim was to correctly guess the number of lights on the Maher Ross Christmas tree in the Binstead office.

The competition proved very popular and a large number of entries were received from children all across the Island. The winner with the nearest guess was Miss Lauren Ball aged 11, who lives in Havenstreet.

Lauren guessed that there were 3020 lights - only 140 lights away from the actual figure of 2880.

Lauren is pictured being given the £50 Christmas prize by Maher Ross Director, Graham Jolliffe. Lauren asked for the money to be put towards a new grooming kit for her horse Bayley.
