Chris Maher
Chris is an exceptionally experienced Lettings Manager who has run a number of Lettings Agencies on the mainland and the Island before becoming a Director of Maher Ross. Chris is always very friendly and approachable; he has built a large following of customers who value his meticulous approach, quality advice and his superior market knowledge.
Graham Jolliffe
Graham has been a professional landlord and property manager for over 20 years during which time he has developed a comprehensive and incisive knowledge of the lettings industry. As a Director of Maher Ross, Graham always remains acutely aware of the considerable responsibility and trust that landlords place in the Maher Ross team. Graham is very approachable and enjoys providing a wide range of professional advice and support for Maher Ross customers.
Terry Hallett
Terry Hallett runs Maher Ross Holidays, a position that he relishes because he enjoys providing the highest standards of customer service and attention to detail. Terry grew up in Bembridge where he holds many happy childhood memories and now boast twenty years of experience within the property industry across the Island - including residential sales and lettings. Terry is acutely aware that his customers are looking for a traditional, high quality holiday and he works very hard to ensure that they enjoy their stay on the Island. Terry also enjoys providing a comprehensive range of expert advice for potential ‘Holiday Landlords’, including issues as diverse as property selection, marketing, holiday changeovers and risk assessments.
Sarah Maher
Sarah has over 15 years of experience in Estate Agency both on the Island and the mainland. She is a very friendly and accomplished Negotiator and Office Manager who is now responsible for managing all Maher Ross company clients. Sarah is committed to ensuring that each Maher Ross customer receives a first class service.
Debby Hallett
Debby joined Estate Agency in the early 1990's and was quickly promoted to manage a number of offices across the Island. Debby has a keen eye for detail and a wealth of knowledge and experience in administration and office procedures. Debby is a dedicated Lettings administrator who has brought a personable, focussed and professional approach to her role as the Maher Ross Lettings Administrator.
 Kevin Toogood
Kevin is an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a proven background in Health and Safety, Building Regulations, Cleaning, Insurance and Maintenance. Kevin grew up in Ryde and has a wealth of useful Island contacts. He takes a great deal of pride in his flexible ‘can-do’ approach and his friendly and helpful attitude. Kevin is especially keen to see Maher Ross properties managed as effectively as possible.
Maria Fairhurst
Maria joined Maher Ross as an Apprentice negotiator in November 2010. Since then, she has set about learning the ‘craft’ with tremendous enthusiasm and professionalism.
Maria said "I'm really delighted with the opportunity that this apprenticeship offers - I'm aiming to gain an NVQ in Business Administration and I'm being given the opportunity to work towards the industry leading ARLA qualification. I also get to learn from the best - Maher Ross are incredibly professional and they really care about their customers"
Jed Dwight
Jed Dwight joined Maher Ross as an apprentice in April 2011 and hasn’t looked back. Before taking a post with Maher Ross, Jed worked as an administrator for a Political Association on the Island. He now specialises in all aspects of administration and is working very hard to get to grips with the complexities of Residential Lettings – whilst undertaking an NVQ in business administration at the same time. Jed is 100% focussed on providing Maher Ross customers with comprehensive and accurate administration – a task that he takes a great deal of pride in whilst still somehow managing to keep a keen sense of humour!
